So did we say a prayer today ?

For who ? For ourselves. Did we do something, some ritual that affirmed our faith today ? In what ? In ourselves. Our ability to connect with our inner selves. For if we do not, who is this person that is working, loving, talking etc. It’s certainly not you.

It’s an everyday search for me. For that something that can put me in touch with myself. My connection to consciousness. My connection to loving nature.
Of course many people have faith. Which is a wonderful ability. I don’t have blind faith. I am more of a searcher. Questioner. Good, bad ? I don’t know. No value judgements on any faith or the question of faith. Or on myself.
Some people do it with meditation first thing in the morning. I have never been able to do that. I have to connect to something, however small, however little, to loose my sense of individuality. That’s the daily struggle. Against my own exaggarated sense of myself. I am so used to it. I have relied on it for so many years. So tough to let go now. Not that I have never questioned it before. But now, it is really important for me to be truly ‘active’ rather than ‘reactive’, which is what I have done most of my life. And how do I know what that ‘true’ action is ? Unless I am constantly in touch with something larger, more immense, more universal than myself ?
Yes I know. By letting go. By allowing yourself not to be addicted to the result of your action. By allowing chaos to invade your life. Yes, I agree. All of that. I do allow chaos to prevade in my life. I am impeteous (spelling). But then the individual in me fights back hard.
It’s an everyday battle. This battle to let go of one’s addiction to one’s sense of individuality.
Yet, the smallest of things can provoke the sensing of my flowing into something much much larger. Something infinite.
This morning it was my 5 year old daughter waking me up with a loud ‘Peekaboo’ and the tinkling of an early morning laugh.
Sometimes it;s just getting up early enough to watch the first shades of dark blue brush across the sky. Something deeply stirring about that.
Sometimes it’s unexpected gestures of affection that were not sought. Or given so instinctually that you were not aware of them.
Sometimes, it’s writing a poem. But only if the words are coming from somewhere else. As if something is flowing through you, a river of emotion you can physically feel that flows through your being.
But it is always so unexpected. So much that I am constantly aware now. My senses hightened. Waiting for that unexpected moment.
When something deeper will reach out and engulf me, and give my life, and all my actions, however small, a deeper and all encompassing context. On a daily basis.
So say a prayer for me. And for yourself.

  1. Prayer – A Two Way Communication
Mercury retrograde is an opportunity to explore the feeling and content of your prayers. It is a time to turn inward to observe the power of your thoughts and feelings and how they are the basis for manifesting your present realities. Your thoughts and feelings are essentially your conversations with the Great Mystery, with Life Itself. What you think, image, and feel into is what the universe understands as your intent to create, and it responds accordingly, with great precision. Life will help you build whatever you are focusing upon because it listens to your inner world. As Mercury moves toward a powerful angular relationship with Neptune, relax into your heart and let yourself dream what it is that your Essence, your Song, really wants to create. And then reach out to the Source or Creator or however you prefer to call the Presence that Permeates all things, and talk informally, intimately, and with genuineness with this Presence. This opens the doorway of communication that moves beyond words and worlds. This communication is two way, so listen and feel and allow there to be a flow between you two. When your prayers come from the heart, they bring love, healing, perspective, and gratitude. The prayers shift something in You and Life notices. Allow things to unfold and learn to trust the process.

  4. Notes From Neale

    Hello my wonderful friends…

We have been discussing here the nature of The Holy Experience, and the difference between God and human beings. And one thing we noted is that…

…the difference between Divinity and Humanity is that Divinity seeks only to distribute, and Humanity seeks only to gather.

God cannot gather anything, because God IS everything. Therefore, there is nothing for God TO gather.

Yet if God cannot gather, and if you are God, then you cannot gather, either.
Perhaps you’ve already noticed this. Perhaps you’ve already noticed that, even if you do manage to collect a few things along the way, sooner or later it all disappears. At the end, none of it is there. You go on, but none of it goes with you.

What is it they say? “You can’t take it with you.”

In fact, it’s all starting to disappear right now. You don’t have the friends you had. You don’t have the stuff you had. You don’t even have the feelings you had.
Everything you thought was “you,” or that at least helped to define you, has disappeared. There is nothing that is permanent. There is nothing that stays.
    Everything goes.

Which is an interesting fact about life.

    Everything goes.

And when you understand this, everything goes. There are no restrictions anymore. You can do anything you wish, say anything you wish, think anything you wish, because you’re not trying to hold onto anything anymore.

What’s the point? You can’t hold onto it anyway. It’s all going to go away. In the end, if not before.

This may sound like a desolate and despairing scenario, yet the truth is, it’s liberating. You can’t have anything forever. If you had it forever, the having of it would mean nothing.

The Holy Experience is knowing this.

Each moment becomes truly holy, because each moment ends. It cannot be held onto forever. Not a single moment can. Therefore, every single moment is sacred.

Like a snowflake, the moments fall and form a collection that melts into the stream of our lives that evaporates into nothingness, disappearing from sight but not from Reality, condensing and forming cloudy formations, which then drop down as new snowflakes, new lives, starting the whole cycle over again.

Each snowflake, each moment, is utterly magnificent; cryingly, achingly, tearfully beautiful, unfathomably perfect. As is each life.

    Hugs and Love

  5. Weekly Forecast for Humanity’s Awakening
    World without Judgement and Hierarchy

Imagine a world without judgement. No fears of being criticized, blamed, ostracized, or damned.

No better thans or less thans. No killing of inspiration and tenderness.

No one being more or less significant than another. A world of unconditional love.

Everything and everyone considered as equals. Endless appreciation of the uniqueness and wondrousness in each life form.

There would be no taking, but instead continuos giving and receiving.

This is living from the heart, a balance within and with each other. This is the world of the indigenous people of Peru who lived and protected the ancient shamanic knowledge of Ka Ta See.

They are a thriving people who have kept clear of the ways of judgment. Instead they live the sacred ways of total acceptance.

These ways breed a freedom that invite each tribal member to be all of who she or he is and to explore life without the worries of being rejected or oppressed. As Uranus squares Pluto in the Sky,

we are called to identify and easefully release any forms of condemning and criticizing whether it be judging ourselves, situations, or others. When you catch a judgement arise in your thoughts or feelings,
thank it for showing you that it was there and let it go it into the Earth.

She will take it and recycle it into something that helps life along. Stay with the process and allow all the damning to leave you and your body.

As it leaves allow yourself to fill up with the breath and lightness of your Song, your Spirit’s signature of aliveness, and enjoy the wonder of experiencing fresh perspectives.

    ~2011 by Ken Robinson.

  7. Your Life’s Assignment

    Notes From Neale

    Hello my wonderful friends…

Conversations with God has taught me that what is going on in my life is not simply a journey from nowhere to nowhere. This is a process. Life is a process. It is a process with purpose and meaning. It is a function of the Universe. It is the Present Action of an Eternal Activity. I am not an infinitesimal spec of dust on the cosmic floor, unworthy to even be seen, much less celebrated. I am a big and important, and yes, an even glorious part of an Ever Ongoing Expression of Divinity.

Conversations with God also taught me that God forgives me completely and utterly for my “offenses” — which God sees as merely “mistakes,” “misunderstandings,” and simple “errors,” holding me in the cradle of Her love, embracing me in the warmth of His compassion and deep understanding, encouraging me now and giving me the strength to move forward with my purpose in this life: to know myself as Who I Really Am, and to experience that.

In this way, God experiences IT-self…and it is the only way God can.

Each of us, I have come to see, embraces a mission. That is, there is a singular “assignment” (if I could use the word) that we give ourselves in each lifetime. (Oh, yes, we have multiple lifetimes. An infinite number, in fact.) Each assignment allows us to express and experience additional aspects of Divinity.

My assignment is this lifetime, it has become clear, is plain and it is simple: to give people back to themselves, and to change the world’s mind about God. In a very large sense, this is the mission of all of us, and each of us is playing it out in the way that is natural and perfect for us in every incarnation.

We are given the gift of God’s joy and God’s peace in our heart, and offered an invitation to share it with everyone whose life we touch–regardless of exterior appearances that sometimes seem to make it impossible to do so.

I have come to see that all of life’s circumstances, conditions, events, and experiences have been sent to me as opportunities to do that. Each moment– even (and especially) the worst among them–is a gift, creating a Contextual Field within which I might choose how I wish to experience myself, and decide what part of that interior experience I shall express in physical form. And so I thank God for each and every manifestation of life now producing that Contextual Field. I shall judge not, and neither condemn.

This living without judgment is the hardest part for me, but it is the beginning of the Holy Experience, and as I have looked at the depth of my life it has been made clear to me that so many people would have to live without judgment of ME in order for me to feel the love that is all around me. And so the least I can do in exchange for this unspeakable blessing is to offer the same in return, and to live without judgment of others. For who among us shall cast the first stone?

I have been invigorated in my life morning by this freedom-giving thought: I am forgiven, by God and by all those who love me. I choose now to forgive myself as well, thus to dwell in the joyful place of enlivened creation. For nothing good is created from guilt, and all things wonderful emerge from joy.

What a joy this life is, with all its sadness and pain, its strife and travail, its tests and its obstacles. What a joy to be alive and experiencing all of it, and to be able to choose which part of it to internalize and call my own. Having this choice, and exercising it, is the Holy Experience.

    Hugs and Love,
    Neale

  8. “The greatest wisdom is in simplicity. Love, respect, tolerance, sharing, gratitude, forgiveness. It’s not complex or elaborate. The real knowledge is free. It’s encoded in your DNA. All you need is within you. Great teachers have said that from the beginning. Find your heart, and you will find your way.”

  9. “Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life,” he said. “Don’t be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice.”

Most importantly, he added: “Have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.”

    ~Steve Jobs

  10. “People usually consider walking on water or in thin air a miracle. But I think the real miracle is not to walk either on water or in thin air, but to walk on earth. Every day we are engaged in a miracle which we don’t even recognize: a blue sky, white clouds, green leaves, the black, curious eyes of a child — our own two eyes. All is a miracle.”
    ― Thich Nhat Hanh

  11. “Waking up this morning, I smile. Twenty-four brand new hours are before me. I vow to live fully in each moment and to look at all beings with eyes of compassion.”
    ― Thich Nhat Hanh

  13. “When you plant lettuce, if it does not grow well, you
don’t blame the lettuce. You look for reasons it is not
doing well. It may need fertilizer, or more water, or
less sun. You never blame the lettuce. Yet if we have
problems with our friends or family, we blame the other
person. But if we know how to take care of them, they will
grow well, like the lettuce. Blaming has no positive
effect at all, nor does trying to persuade using reason
and argument. That is my experience. No blame, no
reasoning, no argument, just understanding. If you
understand, and you show that you understand, you can
love, and the situation will change”
    ― Thich Nhat Hanh

  14. “Many people think excitement is happiness…. But when you are excited you are not peaceful. True happiness is based on peace.”

  16. “We often think of peace as the absence of war, that if powerful countries would reduce their weapon arsenals, we could have peace. But if we look deeply into the weapons, we see our own minds- our own prejudices, fears and ignorance. Even if we transport all the bombs to the moon, the roots of war and the roots of bombs are still there, in our hearts and minds, and sooner or later we will make new bombs. To work for peace is to uproot war from ourselves and from the hearts of men and women. To prepare for war, to give millions of men and women the opportunity to practice killing day and night in their hearts, is to plant millions of seeds of violence, anger, frustration, and fear that will be passed on for generations to come. ”
    ― Thich Nhat Hanh

  17. “When we walk like (we are rushing), we print anxiety and sorrow on the earth. We have to walk in a way that we only print peace and serenity on the earth… Be aware of the contact between your feet and the earth. Walk as if you are kissing the earth with your feet.”
    ― Thich Nhat Hanh

  18. “I am inviting you to go deeper, to learn and to practice so that you become someone who has a great capacity for being solid, calm, and without fear, because our society needs people like you who have these qualities, and your children, our children, need people like you, in order to go on, in order to become solid, and calm, and without fear.”
    ― Thich Nhat Hanh

  19. A lot of the mind’s over-activity is an attempt to get away from the “isness,” the simplicity of the present moment. So to become more aware of the present moment as a practice, perhaps have little pointers in your office, at home, or in your car that say, “Present Moment,” or a symbol for it.

    ~Eckhart Tolle

  20. Sometimes a thought has a magnetic pull, as if it wants more of your consciousness. It wants to grow, because it’s a little entity. It wants attention and it tries to get it in subtle ways. It might even use a bodily feeling. “I’m hungry suddenly.” Then presence is gone, and you’re gone, looking for a restaurant in your mind…

  24. “Were the Heat Yoga to be taught universally in all schools and so become a worldwide practice, there would be no need for central heating in the dwellings of men, not even in Alaska and Siberia, or throughout Arctic and Antarctic regions. And by virtue of a complementary yoga, there would be no need for costly expenditures on air-conditioning anywhere in the tropics or during the hot season of the temperate zones. By applying the Yoga of the Dream state and of the Bardo and of Transference, mankind would become masters of all states of consciousness and be able to pass at will from the waking-state to the dream-state, and from the state called life, to the state called death, and vice versa, and from one embodiment to another in this world and in other worlds or conditions of existence without any break in continuity of consciousness … By adeptship in the Yoga of the Illusory Body, scientists in Europe and the Americas would attain ‘right knowing’ of the electronic constitution of the atom and surpass Einstein in solving the problems relating to gravitation and relativity. By efficiency in such yoga as Milarepa, Tibet’s master yogin, is represented as having successfully practiced, thus attaining the yogic ability to travel through the air in his physical body, transcendent over gravitation, there would be no need of motor vehicles and airplanes, nor of bridges and boats…” (Tibetan Yoga, pp. xxv-xxvi, 1957)

Intuition is a very powerful thing, more powerful than intellect, in my opinion. That’s had a big impact on my work,”
Steve Jobs later recalled to Walter Issacson, the biographer.

  29. Water is life.

Without it there would be no organic life on earth. Cellular life evolved in a watery medium billions of years ago. Cells are dependant on water to keep their protein structure stable and inflated. The proteins and membranes in cells are hydrogen bonded through water and rely on good water to cleanse and detoxify the cell membrane. More than just the clinical basis for all life on earth water has sentience of it’s own. It can tunnel through mountains, leech through the earth seeking minerals, carve the landscape in glacial form or forge abundant ecosystems.
Water can amazingly alter and transmute states from a solid to liquid to a gas and back again without losing the essence of itself. Despite being the most studied phenomenon on earth, not much is known about the forces behind water.
Water seems to be able to carry memory and change it’s structure according to the direct impact of the environment around it. It has feeling and remembers. Research conducted by Dr Emoto has demonstrated that water is hypersensitive to the power of thought and can change its crystal like structure according to the power of belief of intention. Water will retain the memory of the direct environment surrounding it and the transmission of though frequency has a direct impact on the behavior of water.

Memory is communicated through water, so our cells are an entire global population interacting in a chorus of harmonic frequency with one another through water. This author speculates that we have touch and recall of memory not from electrical impulses traveling though nerves to the brain but instead, by means of impulses of scalar standing waves transmitted by the oscilation of frequency of water to the DNA of the nerve fiber antenna network that superimposes memory upon the tissue.
Water according to Rudolph Steiner is the outer skin of the Aether, so it seems we are able to sense the environment by the aetheric imprinting of the water upon the cellular structure of the wave-particles of the body. If water is withdrawn from the organism we lose the ability to feel. However the imprint of the water body still remains holographically independent of space-time.
This offers a possible theory to explain the phenomenon known as phantom limb. Amputees commonly report sensation of an amputated limb regardless of the physical absence of the limb itself.
I have conducted consented private non-invasive experiments with an amputee to stimulate the sensation of the Aetheric limb through frequency in conjunction with north pole rotating magnetic fields. After the treatment, this author placed his hands where the limb used to be and with accurate results, the amputee was able to describe the exact stimulation upon the Aetheric limb despite the fact the physical limb was removed over a year prior to the consented experiment.

Ocean water has a direct mineral ratio identical to that of human blood. All the nutrients on land in the soil that plant life depends upon were at one point part of the ocean.
According to the belief of Gino Di Serrio of OceanGrown Canada, plants thrive in diluted ocean water, which significantly increases the nutrient carrying capability of all plants and strengthens their fiber content.
Animals are a good indicator of instinct, as they have been known to flock to fields of crops grown in properly diluted ocean water and ignore crops grown in normal toxic fertilizers.
Tests have concluded that even a genetic hybrid seed stock can revert back to its natural strain in less than three to six generations when consistently exposed to diluted ocean water.
I met with Gino from OceanGrown Canada and was amazed at the conclusions not only on ocean water, but also the amazing results of alkaline water and the tone A=432Hz upon the on the structure of water.
Over a six month period, we ran a series of controlled tests which showed conclusive results that adding the frequency of A=432Hz to water vastly improved the sensation, feel and structure of water. After drinking this 432Hz charged alkaline 9.5 Ionized water for a few months I noticed a significant change in my hair colour as the grey is starting to revert back to a natural dark colour from decades ago.
At one point after repeated chanting and adding the 432Hz vibration to the water, a friend could not stare directly at me, as she stated my aura was blinding like the sun. She said my outline gave her a retina afterimage that she could see when she closed her eyes that remained for some time.
Using a Cameron Aurameter (an accurate dowsing tool) we were able to measure the energetic field that emitted from this incredible water which extended over seventy feet. We knew that the tone A=432Hz has inherent Hadronic qualities which restructures the bond angle of water to a more desirable natural oscilation.
An engineer colleague of ours Viktor, volunteered to take kirlian photography pictures of his energy field before and after drinking A=432Hz water and the results were incredible. After drinking the water, the colours of his chakras showed to be perfectly balanced. Which leads to our opinion that the 432Hz tone can highly benefit the electrical system of the body.

  30. On The Death Of The Beloved
    — John O’Donohue

Though we need to weep your loss,
You dwell in that safe place in our hearts,
Where no storm or night or pain can reach you.

Your love was like the dawn
    Brightening over our lives
    Awakening beneath the dark
    A further adventure of colour.

    The sound of your voice
    Found for us
    A new music
    That brightened everything.

Whatever you enfolded in your gaze
    Quickened in the joy of its being;
    You placed smiles like flowers
On the altar of the heart.
    Your mind always sparkled
    With wonder at things.

Though your days here were brief,
Your spirit was live, awake, complete.

We look towards each other no longer
    From the old distance of our names;
Now you dwell inside the rhythm of breath,
As close to us as we are to ourselves.

Though we cannot see you with outward eyes,
We know our soul’s gaze is upon your face,
Smiling back at us from within everything
To which we bring our best refinement.

Let us not look for you only in memory,
Where we would grow lonely without you.
You would want us to find you in presence,
    Beside us when beauty brightens,
    When kindness glows
    And music echoes eternal tones.

    When orchids brighten the earth,
    Darkest winter has turned to spring;
May this dark grief flower with hope
In every heart that loves you.

May you continue to inspire us:

To enter each day with a generous heart.
To serve the call of courage and love
Until we see your beautiful face again
In that land where there is no more separation,
Where all tears will be wiped from our mind,
And where we will never lose you again.
