1. Dear Shekhar,
   When I fell the world going round and round, time rushing,people talking, events are caving and I do want to stop it
   I lay on the floor,with closed eyes,
   listening to heartbeat,
   I make thoughts stand still,
   breath deeply,
   rest
   calm down
   the first word which is drumming inside my heart, in mind I speak aloud.

   Important things which have a meaning don’t get lose easily
   These things don’t need to be expressed with words.
   They are.

   Who is listening ?????? I guess nobody
