    do you ask your body
    wanna dance
    dont ask
    begin dancing
    the timeless within
    is enveloped by
    layers upon layers
    of passing time without
    wise call it
    the dance of shiva
    of being and becoming

Dance, Music, Meditation and the Moment – some things of relevance here:
We could say that meditation doesn’t have a reason or doesn’t have a purpose. In this respect it’s unlike almost all other things we do except perhaps making music and dancing. When we make music we don’t do it in order to reach a certain point, such as the end of the composition. If that were the purpose of music then obviously the fastest players would be the best. Also, when we are dancing we are not aiming to arrive at a particular place on the floor as in a journey. When we dance, the journey itself is the point, as when we play music the playing itself is the point. And exactly the same thing is true in meditation. Meditation is the discovery that the point of life is always arrived at in the immediate moment.
    Alan Watts (1915 – 1973)
When you struggle against this moment, you’re actually struggling against the entire universe. Instead, you can make the decision that today you will not struggle against the whole universe by struggling against this moment. This means that your acceptance of this moment is total and complete. You accept things as they are, not as you wish they were in this moment. This is important to understand. You can wish for things in the future to be different, but in this moment you have to accept things as they are.

hey mr time man………give ME ……..YOUR number………i’ll take away your sickle, pull off your hood……….and put the smile back on your face…….:) ! ha ha !
no seriously………..i do believe that if YOU are comfortable within you , then , that time is YOURS………..you can do what you want with that time as long as there are no regrets beyond it ……..
events, deeds and moments that are to be born through you, will go NOWHERE without YOU !
NOBODY CAN STOP AN IDEA WHOSE TIME HAS COME……
as also the person who will execute it…give it shape……life !
as long as TIME is clear about what it wants from YOU……..and YOU harmonise each breath with IT :)…….you’re ok…….? thinking too much beyond that confuses both ! lets smile instead………:)

Deepak says when you have a heartbreak, we cry become melodramatic, all we need to do is pinch n feel its like a movie we saw which lingers in us>>>
Areh Chopra sahab has reached that stage where he can do all this, and walk off by taking charge of feelings….cannot be applied to all ages….and its not melodrama…it is PAIN!! Tis LOSS!!
ye spoke of lies and truth how it is like a circle….

hey shekhar……..speaking of time, reminded me of something that was written by a friend while passing out of school……for me……
time may wear the edge of grief
but memories turn back every leaf
time rolls on and shadows fall…….
    but…….LOVE and REMEMBRANCE……
    outlasts…….ALL !

    All ‘I’
    yours, my sense
    is ‘That’, eye
    of All Existence-
    quintessence
    of All That Is
    sans time
    you are ‘It’!
P.S.: I came by your site accidently; whiling away time I had googled ‘Isa Yoga’ for kicks.
Anyway, this is what I found in 1993.
    By Self.
It was not my doing. I realize now.
It was my the ‘daat’/blessing of my ancestral, spiritual lineage.I do not take credit for it. It happens to whom it does.
However, it is no big deal! It corresponds to the Truth in our ancient, highest scriptures. THere is nothing more to know except adjusting to ‘It’.
I am still trying. Barely succeeding.
And, there was no Big Bang! It is a never ending eternity, ever changing- yet, the same.
Neither ‘he’ nor ‘she’. You are ‘It’.
    Without bullshit.
